School Owner Guide
Everything you need to know about managing your dance school profile.
Invitation & Registration
To become a school owner, you must receive an invitation from our admin team.
How it works:
- Contact our admin team to request school owner access
- You'll receive an invitation email with a secure link
- Click the link to register your account (valid for 7 days)
- Wait for admin verification of your account
- Once verified, you can access your school owner dashboard

Check your spam folder or contact support@dance-finder.com to resend the invitation.
Subscription Tiers
Your account tier determines how many schools you can manage and which features you can access.
🆓 Free Tier
- Visible in search at the visibility floor
- Send Message button (opens visitor's email client)
- Public school page with name, city, dance styles
⭐ Basic Tier
- Logo + short description + amenities
- Fitness-card badges, click-to-call
- 1 school by default (cap set manually per owner)
💎 Standard Tier
- Featured hero image, social URLs, discounts
- Long-form profile (full description, facts row) + city-demand analytics
- Multi-school capable (per-owner cap set manually)
Getting Started
Welcome to the Dance Finder platform! This guide will help you set up and manage your school profile.
What you'll need:
- Basic information about your dance school
- List of dance types you teach
- Contact information (phone, email, website)
- Details about your facilities and amenities
- School logo or photo (optional but recommended)
- Exact location coordinates (use our map picker)
Adding Your School
Navigate to your dashboard to add your school information. Fill out all required fields for the best visibility.
Step-by-step process:
- Log in to your school owner account
- Navigate to your dashboard
- Click on "Manage Your School"
- Fill out all required fields in each tab
- Save your changes to publish your profile

Complete all sections of your profile to increase visibility and attract more students. Schools with complete profiles rank higher in search results!
Filling Out School Information
Provide comprehensive information about your school including dance types, facilities, and contact details.
Basic Info Tab
- School Name: Your official school name
- Description: Detailed overview of your school (up to 500 words)
- Short Description: Brief summary for search results
- Logo: Upload your school logo or representative image
Dance Types Tab
- Select all dance types you teach
- Choose from 25+ dance styles
- Multiple selections allowed
Facilities Tab
- Studio size (Small, Medium, Large)
- Available amenities (parking, changing rooms, showers, lockers)
- Help students find schools that meet their needs
Contact Tab
- Phone number for inquiries
- Email address for booking
- Website URL (optional)
- Physical address for directions
Setting Your Location
Use our interactive map picker to set your school's exact location.
How to use the map picker:
- Navigate to your school edit page
- Enter your city in the location field
- The map will automatically center on your city
- Click on the map to select your exact location
- The coordinates will be automatically saved
Managing Your Profile
Keep your school information up to date. Regular updates help attract more students.

- Update your profile regularly with new information
- Keep contact details current
- Add new dance types as you expand your offerings
